This position supports the Sharp Employee Assistance Program

  • Skills Required
    • Confidentiality is critical
    • 2 years secretarial experience - Answering phones, appointments, scheduling
    • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Location/Schedule
    • ON SITE - Kearny Mesa
    • Daily - M-F - 8-4:30
    • Office closed Thanksgiving and Black Friday
  • Assignment Length
    • Short Term -4 weeks, vacation coverage
    • Must start by 11/1, end on 12/1
    • Extension not likely
    • Sharp may utilize the worker for short assignment annually
  • Interview Process
    • There will be 1 phone interview
