DescriptionJob Overview:A dynamic Property Administrator position is available with a leading commercial property management company in San Diego. This contract-to-hire role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will play a crucial part in supporting daily operations, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing property administration activities. This role combines office administration and property management duties, making it ideal for professionals with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Key Responsibilities:+ Event Coordination: Plan and manage company events, ensuring flawless execution and attention to detail.+ Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing reports, filing, and managing correspondence.+ Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely service delivery and issue resolution.+ Invoice & Contract Oversight: Review and process invoices and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.+ Lease Administration: Assist in maintaining tenant records, including lease agreements, insurance documentation, and other legal requirements.+ COI Management: Conduct regular reviews of Certificates of Insurance (COI), ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy guidelines.+ Work Order Management: Monitor property maintenance requests and track tenant work orders through the system, providing monthly updates.+ Office Supply Management: Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and oversee the property purchase order system.+ Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and special events as needed.RequirementsQualifications:+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in property administration or related roles.+ Proven track record in office administration, vendor management, and property management.+ Strong knowledge of commercial property management principles and practices.+ Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).+ Familiarity with property management software and systems.+ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
