Job Title: Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Bath Visits

Job Type: Part-time/ PRN

Pay: 35$ per visit with Bonus (each visit is less than 1 hr)

Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our team for bath visit services. As a CHHA specializing in bath visits, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their personal hygiene needs in the comfort of their homes.

***BONUS***: Aarris will pay a signing bonus of $100 if the applicant submits all required onboarding documents and paperwork including drug screening . The payment will be paid on the first pay day after the first 30 days of employment. The bonus payment is subject to applicable tax withholdings. Employee/Applicant will not be entitled to the bonus if all hiring documents are not received after 72 hours of the offer. Employee/Applicant must be actively accepting and completing visits throughout the first 30 days of employment within a pre-determined working radius.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with bathing, showering, and grooming according to individual client needs and preferences.
• Ensure client safety during bathing and grooming activities.
• Assist with dressing and personal care routines.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment during bath visits.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction and comfort.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) in the state of California.
• Previous experience working as a CHHA preferred, but not required.
• Ability to provide compassionate and person-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
