Full-Time: Tuesday- Saturday, shifts vary
$21-$23 per hour Depending on Experience
Prior hands-on maintenance experience in the areas of general maintenance, basic plumbing, painting, & drywall repair are required. Prior maintenance experience in senior living, assisted living or hotels is preferred.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 1 year commercial facility maintenance experience
* Customer service oriented approach while interacting with residents and guests
* 1 -- 2 yrs hotel, hospital, multi-family housing or assisted living community maintenance experience is preferred

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
* Providing assistance and support to the Building Engineer in all areas of maintenance for the building and grounds.
* Performing routine building maintenance as directed (painting, floor care, pressure washing, basic plumbing repairs, etc.)
* Completing maintenance tasks and work orders in resident apartments
* Assisting with in-house resident moves
