The Dispatcher is responsible for creating, dispatching, updating, and closing out service requests.
Your specific duties will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Reviewing and responding promptly to all internal and external customer communications.
- Opening service requests in a timely manner.
- Dispatching, updating, and closing out service requests.
- Providing miscellaneous reports.
- 1-year Dispatch or call center experience
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
