We've partnered with a leading provider of power conversion solutions, specializing in utility-grade solar and storage inverters, and are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing Assemblers to join their production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products to precise specifications, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards, and contributing to the efficiency of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing reliable, high-performance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and parts to create finished products according to production specifications and schedules.
• Follow detailed instructions, diagrams, and blueprints to complete assembly tasks accurately.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications, identifying any defects or issues.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status and any challenges encountered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
