As a Consulting Quality Management Coordinator in the Healthcare industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our healthcare services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of advanced healthcare services and consistent performance of healthcare professionals.
2. Oversee the investigation of non-conformities, identify root causes, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly and effectively.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
5. Provide expert advice and guidance on quality management strategies, helping to drive improvements in healthcare service delivery.
6. Monitor and analyze quality performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all quality management systems are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
8. Conduct training sessions on quality management principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare quality management, implementing new strategies and techniques as appropriate.
Qualifications:
1. HS Diploma or GED is required.
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a quality management role within the healthcare industry.
3. Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including the use of quality management tools and techniques.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, working effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
7. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance.
8. Proficient in the use of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and quality management software.
9. Certification in quality management, such as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), would be an advantage.
