Job Title: Labor and Employment Litigation Paralegal
Job Summary: This W Law is a small expanding law firm that seeks a bilingual (English and Spanish) labor and employment law litigation Paralegal for a full-time 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, in the office position. This not a remote or hybrid position.
W Law exclusively represents employees in labor and employment law litigation cases against their current and former employers, with a strong emphasis on fighting wage theft by pursuing wage and hour lawsuits.
The right fit is a San Diego County resident who brings kindness, cooperation, and professionalism to work. W Law values its employees and work life flexibility. But the Paralegal must be available to work overtime as needed, particularly when cases are in trial. The ideal candidate will have at least an associate degree and completed an ABA approved paralegal education program. The ideal candidate also must have at least 3 years of law firm experience in labor and employment law. The candidate must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal oversight.
