We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist who is passionate about optimizing ad spend, maximizing ROI, and driving measurable performance results. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-moving, data-driven environment, stays ahead of industry trends, and continuously develops innovative paid media solutions across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Google Ads, PMAX, Meta Ads, and multi-location, multi-state lead generation. While experience in the fitness industry is a plus, we welcome candidates with diverse industry experience, particularly those with e-commerce exposure (such as storage clients).

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with managers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to align paid media strategies with client objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (including PMAX), Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Develop channel strategies and media plans that support broader marketing goals.
  • Optimize media buys to ensure platform best practices are followed and campaign objectives are met.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to implement proper tracking and measure campaign performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and presenting key insights.
  • Maintain accurate budgets, pacing, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient media spend allocation.
  • Bring fresh testing ideas and new optimization tactics to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving best practices in paid media.

What You'll Need:

4-7 years of experience in a Paid Media role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience managing significant media budgets ($3M+ annually)
Ability to translate client strategy into effective media planning & execution
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, PMAX, Meta Ads, and traditional paid media tools
Experience working with multi-location, multi-state lead generation clients
Advanced data analysis skills to uncover insights and inform optimization strategies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
E-commerce experience (bonus if you have worked with storage clients)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $ 40.00-45.00 an hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
