The Fermanian School of Business (FSB) is an ACBSP accredited "Best Practice" school with approximately 900 students across traditional undergraduate degrees in business, and graduate and adult undergraduate degrees in both business and leadership. Our FSB guiding principle is "more than the bottom line." FSB is highly collaborative and supportive of scholarship activities. Our traditional undergraduate majors include management, marketing, accounting, finance, information systems, and international development. The FSB also offers an evening MBA program for experienced professionals, an early career MBA program for recent graduates, and both online and face-to-face Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) degrees. In addition, the FSB offers both online Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership (BAOL) degrees, and partners with local community colleges to offer face-to-face 2+2 BBA and BAOL degrees.

Job Description:
This position includes administrative duties for the FSB Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) programs along with teaching in an area of expertise that can include management, leadership or marketing.
The professor must have knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques appropriate to be effective with undergraduate and graduate teaching. They are also expected to have knowledge of ways to instruct, manage, motivate, and evaluate students and do the following:
