This position will be part of the Global Sales Training Department, under Global Marketing. They will ensure successful content delivery, application of selling coaching norms and global adoption of Dexcom leadership competencies. This manager will build and maintain trust and credibility within the North America sales leadership team and with matrixed stakeholders and their teams. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using various learning management systems, virtual classroom platforms, and digital engagement tools to drive effective training. It is expected for this manager to possess strong interpersonal communication, leadership skills, project management, time management, & problem-solving skills to ensure success in the role.
