Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
This position is responsible for overseeing post origination routine and complex mortgage customer service events and managing a team of staff. This position involves researching and resolving escalated situations that might lead to litigation or provide specialized customer service. The incumbent must be knowledgeable in all areas of mortgage/consumer loan servicing and have experience in dealing with legal documents and the life of a loan. This position involves customer contact, internal and external interested party contact, banking centers, attorneys, title agencies and county recorders.
This position does NOT include daily payment or escrow processing, loss mitigation, or managing the primary customer service contact center though knowledge of these processes may be necessary to accurately assess the situation. It will include managing processes such as, but not limited to, insurance claim disbursements, holdback releases, customer-initiated PMI removal, cross and partial collateral releases, transfer of ownership, assumption requests, and successor-in-interest processing as examples.
The incumbent is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, training staff as needed, following policies and procedures as defined, as well as updating or creating policies and procedures as necessary. This role is accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. The incumbent operates within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying assessing, managing, monitoring and reporting risks of all types.
