Lead and develop a dedicated team of staff and volunteers to create meaningful visitor interactions. Ensure seamless admissions processes, especially during peak times and special events. Leverage data and reporting to identify trends and shape strategies for success.What You Bring: Proven leadership experience in guest services, admissions, or ticketing, with 3-7 years of progressive success. Expertise in ticketing systems and online sales strategies. A strong passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences and motivating teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
