Responsibilities:

  1. Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions.
  2. Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently.
  3. Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads.
  4. Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
  5. Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Must have a valid Real Estate License or the motivation to get one.
  2. Motivation and drive for success.

Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
