We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales performance in a highly competitive market, focusing on automotive, outdoor, or off-road industries. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships, ensuring sales growth, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our products. This role will also involve account management and reporting, lead generation, market research, and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales performance in the automotive, outdoor, or off-road industries.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and industry trends.
• Leverage your product knowledge to educate customers, address inquiries, and provide solutions.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for sales growth.
• Generate leads and conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to a range of audiences.
• Engage in networking events to build industry connections and promote our brand.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track, analyze, and communicate sales performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company sales goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and managing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Deep knowledge of products in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in lead generation and market research.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to network effectively within the industry.
• Experience in sales forecasting and preparing sales reports.
• Ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
