Loan Partner – Elevate Your Mortgage Career with Griffin Funding

What You'll Do:

1. Take ownership of the loan process – you are the borrower's guide.
2. Optimize loan structures— find solutions, not just problems.
3. Proactively communicate—weekly borrower check-ins, clear updates to referral partners, and close collaboration with Loan Officers.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $50,000 + $250 per closed loan (first 90 days).

Performance-Based Increase: Up to $75,000 annually + $250 per loan.

Who Should Apply?

1. 2+ years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, Underwriter, or Loan Partner
2. Deep knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and NON-QM loans.
3. Current NMLS license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days.
