Senior Brand Manager (eCommerce)

The Senior Brand Manager leads Amazon-specific brand and product portfolios, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices. They drive Amazon marketing and advertising strategies, manage key client projects, and act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Amazon-related functions. The Senior Brand Manager also mentors junior team members and fosters strong client relationships.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, including resource allocation, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines and deliverables.
  • Conduct audits to identify growth opportunities, working with the team to resolve issues and align strategies with client and Amazon's platform requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing a variety of brand categories, and defining KPIs to measure success on Amazon.
  • Develop and execute annual sales forecasts and PPC strategies to drive client performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results, ensuring all members meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Create and present monthly/quarterly client performance reports
  • Serve as an SME for Amazon-specific functions, such as Amazon Ads, A+ Content, and Amazon SEO, and provide guidance and training to the team
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and ensure alignment
  • Meet or exceed performance standards related to Amazon account management and client satisfaction


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in Amazon brand management.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management with a focus on Amazon account management (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's advertising platform (Amazon Ads), SEO, and product catalog management best practices.
  • Skilled in analyzing Amazon data and metrics to create actionable insights and strategies for clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software
  • Expertise in leveraging Amazon data analytics and reporting tools, as well as managing product listings and catalogs on Amazon.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions involving significant capital investment
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful results
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, entrepreneurial mindset, and a positive attitude toward overcoming challenges.
