🔹 Organizing digital files

🔹 Following up with clients

🔹 Resolving customer concerns via phone & email

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Effective communicator (written & verbal)

✔ Self-motivated and responsible in a remote setting

✔ Coachable and eager to learn

✔ Proficient with Microsoft Office

✔ Type 50+ WPM

✔ Must be San Diego-based for monthly office day
