Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

• Perform product demonstrations & technical presentations to prospects, clients, etc.
• Partner with sales reps to understand client requirements & technical solutions
• Provide training to clients, both on-site & remotely
• Actively engage in troubleshooting & resolving technical issues, partner with clients to resolve challenges/issues
• Partner with Marketing team for continuous improvement of products
• Stay informed with latest industry trends, scientific advancements, etc.
• Attend conferences, seminars, & trade shows to network with prospects, etc.
• Support the creation of technical documents, application notes, and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a better, customer-centric experience
• Other duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Ph.D. or Masters degree in life sciences (e.g., MolBio, Genomics, Biochemistry) or similar
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in a client-facing role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot complex MolBio workflows
• Excellent communication & presentation skills – ability to convey technical information in a clear & concise manner
• Demonstrated ability to build & maintain positive relationships with clients & teams
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Travel: Up to 60% – Ability to travel frequently to customer sites for on-site support & training
