What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Deliver engaging instructor-led training both in-person (with travel) and online via web conferencing
2. Complete needs assessments, pre-planning, coordination, and execution of onsite training
3. Adapt training demos and approaches to focus on industry "best practices"
4. Assist with content creation for eLearning, videos, and guides for internal and external use
5. Support special projects as assigned by team management

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 3+ years of experience in delivering exceptional remote and on-site instructor-led training
2. Experience with Docebo or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS)
3. eLearning development experience with tools such as Adobe Suite, Keynote, or Articulate
4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1. Strong background in software training and development environments
2. Familiarity with instructional design to develop training materials
3. Ability to work variable schedules and travel up to 75% depending on company needs
4. Eagerness to learn new technologies and instructional design approaches
