We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Plumber and Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team! This role requires a strong work ethic, mechanical know-how, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team of skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the construction, remodeling, and renovation of residential and commercial properties.
• Perform tasks such as sewer and water line installation, pipe threading, and basic carpentry under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
• Apply basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to construction tasks.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at the job site.
• Follow supervisor instructions and work closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and competently.
• Take on plumbing tasks and installations independently when needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Previous construction site experience is preferred, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices, especially remodeling techniques, is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods and handle heavy materials.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Experience in maintenance work or carpentry is an added advantage.
