Established in 1979, this revered entity continues to provide high quality health care services to a diverse community of all ages and walks of life. We will be breaking ground on new community health center later this year and this growth will continue. • Employee, Outpatient only
• No Call
• Annual Salary
• Loan Forgiveness available

• Monday - Friday schedule (options for flexible scheduling)
• FQHC experience highly preferred
• EMR - ClinicalWorks
• Average daily patient volume of 20 visits
