Job Overview

We help families financially protect themselves against critical illnesses and passing away through programs like Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, Debt Elimination, and Retirement Planning. Our work is vital and highly valued by the families we serve.

Responsibilities

1. Follow up on leads received from potential clients and schedule appointments.
2. Meet with clients via phone, video chat, or in person to assess their needs and recommend suitable protection plans.
3. Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork accurately.
4. Report sales activity to the home office.
5. Participate in ongoing sales training sessions.
6. Note: No cold calling or prospecting is required.
7. This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor role (1099), with no employment benefits).

Qualifications

• Possession of a State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong rapport-building skills.
• Proficiency with smartphones, computers, or tablets with a webcam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.
