Essential Job Functions

1. Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to meet brand or hotel standards and HHM core values.
2. Ensure food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications.
3. Interact with guests to gather feedback on service and food quality.
4. Maintain compliance with sanitation and safety standards for guests and staff.
5. Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with other departments to address service or quality issues.
6. Check equipment functionality and oversee repairs and maintenance.
7. Document inventory, forecast usage, and monitor supplies.
8. Adhere to all regulations related to serving alcoholic beverages and liquor controls.
9. Participate in marketing efforts, create menu ideas, survey competitors, and report food trends.
10. Follow sustainability practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
11. Practice safety protocols, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements

1. Associate degree preferred.
2. 2-5 years of restaurant experience required.

Work Environment and Context

1. Work schedule varies, including holidays, weekends, and shifts.
2. Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical activities.
