SERVPRO Cleaning & Restoration specializes in disaster restoration: Water Damage, Mold Decontamination, Smoke, Fire, Restoration, and Reconstruction services. We also have the resources to respond faster to any size disaster.

Responsibilities

Water Damage and Contents Duties:

• Identify and execute the scope of work.
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise all on-site activities.
• Ensure quality of work meets industry and owner standards.
• Maintain job documentation of conditions, activities, and communications.
• Develop processes and procedures to solve problems.
• Promote safe work practices and immediately address hazards.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, job sites, and equipment, including the warehouse.
• Be on-call for 24hr emergency service work (on rotation).

Reconstruction Trade Duties:

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Complete projects within the allotted time.
• Handle all drywall textures and finishes.
• Perform light finish carpentry (baseboards, door casing, etc.).
• Identify and develop problem-solving processes.
• Ensure job site safety.

Office Staff Responsibilities:

• Perform internal job file quality reviews.
• Coordinate crew and job scheduling.
• Handle basic accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivables.
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Coordinate and plan events, outreach activities, and vendor booths.
• Maintain client relationships through route sales.
• Input sales activities and marketing appointments into tracking software.
• Meet with potential clients to present our Disaster Recovery Profiles.
• Position involves 20% office and 80% field work.
• Achieve sales quotas through the sales cycle, appointments, and relationship building with insurance adjusters and property managers.
• Conduct daily marketing contacts, educate clients on SERVPRO services, and develop top contacts into clients.
• Arrange one-on-one meetings with Centers of Influence to encourage referrals.
• Increase sales territory revenue by meeting or exceeding goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid California Driver's License with a reasonable driving record.
• Pass a background check.
• Ability to work after hours and weekends if necessary.
• Work independently without direct supervision.
• Proven customer service skills.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.
• High integrity, determination, and dedication.
