Job Description: Lead Installer/Lead Service Technician

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Install alarm, CCTV, and access systems, supervise an installation crew
• Perform service calls on alarm, CCTV, and access systems
• Develop into a project manager for larger jobs
• Develop management skills and assume management responsibilities as abilities allow
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Abilities (Qualifications)

• Strong network knowledge (e.g., IP addresses, network connections, port forwarding, TELNET)
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a good driving record (DMV records pulled)
• High School Diploma or GED
• MUST possess good time management skills
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
• Must be physically able to perform job functions
• Must be organized and well-groomed
• Basic computer skills required
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective communication via email, phone, etc.
• Respond quickly and accurately to Supervisors/Management and staff
• Adaptability and ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously, organize, prioritize, and work efficiently under deadlines
• Cannot be afraid of heights
• Willing to work varying shifts, including possible overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain a positive attitude
