Position Summary/Objectives

Under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Manager, the House Attendant will support housekeeping associates and maintain the resort's public areas. The associate will work independently or in a team with minimal supervision, relying on good judgment to perform their duties.

Primary Essential Functions

• Support and uphold the values, policies, and procedures of Grand Pacific Resorts as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Provide Room Attendants with necessary supplies.
• Empty carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Clean and maintain corridors, stairs, patio deck, garage, hot tub, sauna, and other public areas at the highest cleanliness standards.
• Assist with VIP room prep, carpet cleaning, mattress turning, wall and window washing, furniture movement, linen supply, guest needs, and cross-train in repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with front desk staff, run errands for supervisors, and maintain wood and brass fixtures.
• Perform all responsibilities professionally and ethically.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
• Adhere to performance standards and company policies.

Education, Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thorough, professional, and provides excellent customer service to guests, owners, management, and colleagues.

• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective multitasking abilities.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in hospitality, especially timeshare, preferred.
• Ability to work well in diverse teams.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of relevant auditions, background checks, physical exams, and drug screening.
• English fluency preferred.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours.
• Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Good vision for navigating the resort.
