BAE Systems is seeking a Materials & Warehouse Manager I to join its organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, tool rooms, transportation, vendor, and customer services.
2. Develop and lead staff to exceed defined company and departmental performance metrics.
3. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
4. Ensure staff and process compliance with all contractual and/or prescribed requirements.
5. Support all internal and external audits and surveillance.
6. Ensure MMAS material management criteria meet or exceed requirements.
7. Maintain a minimum of 95% inventory accuracy.
8. Perform COSA (Control Owner Self Assessment) management.
9. Maintain a high pass rate on all audits or surveillances.
10. Maintain 6S workspaces throughout areas of responsibility.
11. Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of all material management systems.
12. Provide ongoing staff training.
13. Perform annual audits on Level 2 and 3 ISO (PAL) procedures for validity.
14. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess logistics team performance and implement improvements.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent, with 8 years of experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Successful record in distribution and logistics management.
• Experience managing vendor performance.
• Proficient in standard logistics software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Experience utilizing Power BI.
• Experience working in defense, government, material management, or DOD environments.

Pay Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $116,419 - $197,912.
