Customer Service Specialist - Bilingual (English/Spanish) [Hourly Base + Annual Incentive]

My Senior Health Plan is seeking upbeat, compassionate individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish, hardworking, reliable, and committed to excellence. With over 17 years of experience, we maintain a family-oriented atmosphere with ample opportunities for growth and development.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote or hybrid options are not available.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Perform administrative tasks efficiently, including outbound calling and data input projects as needed.

Essential Duties:

  • Communicate professionally with both English and Spanish-speaking clients (native fluency required in reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Handle outbound and inbound calling projects.
  • Answer incoming calls using an automatic dialer and transfer viable leads to the sales team.
  • Enter prospect and client data into CRM (Salesforce).
  • Input incoming leads and general data accurately.
  • Respond to client emails and provide customer service.
  • Organize, file, and fax applications and documents.
  • Provide backup support for administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with the Administrative Team for ongoing development.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of administrative or clerical experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and highly organized.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Initiative and openness to coaching.
  • Sense of urgency in task completion.
  • Experience with auto-dialers is preferred.
