Position Overview

Temporary Front Desk and Reception Support

Dates: July 7th - July 11th

Pay: $23 / hr

Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Location: Scripps Ranch

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an organized and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our client's team and offer support! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk coverage for one week.
  • Answer a busy phone line and direct calls appropriately.
  • Greet guests warmly and issue visitor badges.
  • Sign for packages and ensure timely delivery of mail.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings, ensuring they are neat and well-equipped.
  • Check and maintain supply inventory levels in break rooms.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in handling a multi-line phone system.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday during first shift hours.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
