Now Hiring: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Scripps Ranch | 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

$20–$23/hour | Full-Time

Are you someone who loves building things with your hands, has a steady eye for detail, and gets satisfaction from creating high-quality products that matter? We're looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a team that works at the intersection of electrical, mechanical, and optical technology.

This isn't your average assembly job, you'll be working with cutting-edge components, contributing to prototype builds, and being part of a small, focused team where your work makes a difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build precision assemblies using hand tools, adhesives, and detailed instructions
• Solder surface-mount and through-hole components—your soldering game should be strong
• Handle delicate components (including optical parts) under magnification with care and precision
• Team up with engineers on new product builds and prototypes
• Keep your workspace clean and organized using lean/5S principles
• Log your work in the ERP system and help drive production goals forward

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly
• Sharp soldering skills (IPC certification is a plus)
• Comfort with fine detail work, using tweezers, microscopes, or magnifiers
• Experience working with electrical wiring, adhesives, and small mechanical parts
• Familiar with torque specs, hand drills, and thread-locking methods
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working on your feet
• Basic computer skills—Outlook, Word, Excel
