Job Description

LCS is seeking an experienced hospitality-focused Executive Director in the senior housing industry to oversee the daily operations of our Casa de las Campanas community in San Diego, California. This community offers a full continuum of care with 363 Independent Living homes, 54 Assisted Living units, 27 Memory Care units, and a 97-unit Health Center.

The Executive Director is the key leader at Casa de las Campanas, responsible for executing the strategic plan, including the implementation of LCS Signature Programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and supervision for the community and staff.
  • Managing operations to meet financial and budgetary goals.
  • Overseeing marketing and sales activities to ensure occupancy targets.
  • Ensuring safety and security of residents and staff.
  • Leading sales and marketing strategies and influencing sales culture.

Qualifications include:

  • At least five years of leadership experience in senior living.
  • Active RCFE Licensure in California or ability to obtain immediately.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, healthcare, hospitality, or related field.
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
