The 2025 AIA Architecture Firm Award honoree is looking for an Editor/Writer to lead our publishing and editorial efforts. This role serves as an editor-in-chief across our ecosystem, with the creative freedom and strategic responsibility to shape how we communicate ideas that matter. Responsibilities include editing our quarterly magazine, Catalyst; writing regular features and thought leadership articles; managing a team of freelance writers; and developing editorial strategies in alignment with the fast-growing firm's business goals, brand campaigns and marketing priorities.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned editor and writer, with the clarity of a journalist and the collaborative instincts of a creative director. You'll steward our brand voice, guide the narrative throughlines of our communications, build a trusted network of writers and collaborators, and ensure our firm's stories resonate inside and outside the AEC industry.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
