BICP, a leader in the delivery of AI & Advanced Analytics data products for Retail customers, is hiring a Sr. Business Data Analyst to join our Data Products Delivery Team at a rapidly ascending Fashion & Apparel company in San Diego, California. You will work with client leadership to support a greenfield rollout of a new Retail Allocation system coordinating rollout activities, analyze & validate new system data against historical data, coalesce user feedback for continuous improvement and serve as the key day-to-day triage for the business among other critical task.
You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills in addition to proven success collaborating effectively with key business stakeholders we well as highly technical development teams. You will have previous experience working with Retail data with solid SQL experience and end-to-end data experience including insights, analysis, and visualization (Microstrategy preferred). Any familiarity with Demand Planning, Line Planning, or Data Science – Stat Forecast is a huge plus.
