Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing

You'll be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties which require discretion, in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions

• Performs administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties, including transcription of correspondence, compiling reports, and preparing documents.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive facility information.
• Receive telephone calls and visitors; refer them to the proper individual if the director is not available.
• Maintain calendar of events, schedule, appointments, and take minutes of meetings.
• Coordinate meeting arrangements (time, place, attendees, subject matter).
• Maintain correspondence control log and coordinate preparation of special reports.
• Enter information into CIS, EIS and other automated systems as directed.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Three (3) years clerical experience and computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver's license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
