Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Architect/Senior Architect with expertise in Healthcare Architecture and Construction Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCAI and OSHPD processes, and will be responsible for overseeing healthcare projects from design through construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and project management for healthcare projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with HCAI and OSHPD regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize Revit for creating detailed architectural plans and documentation.
- Manage construction administration tasks including site visits, submittal reviews, and addressing contractor inquiries.
- Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and construction documents.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of HCAI and OSHPD regulations and processes.
- Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
- Active NCARB certification and AIA membership preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
