Overview

Area Director of Sales role at Noble House Hotels & Resorts. The position oversees the Sales functions for San Diego Mission Bay Resort, Estancia La Jolla and L'Auberge Del Mar.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day Sales Department to achieve the property mission and goals.
• Create an environment and culture of leaders with dynamic selling skills and a sense of customer urgency that meets the financial needs of the organization and surpasses customer expectations.
• Actively define, refine, and continuously improve processes, systems, and performances to foster leadership, innovation, education, and growth of each team member.

Requirements

• Experience within a hotel/resort environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management desired
• 10+ years of related and progressive sales experience in a similar organization
• 5+ years in a leadership role with solid knowledge of hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
• Ability to lead others in the department by mentoring and providing training to meet/exceed guest expectations
• Results-driven with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts as required by operational needs

Compensation

$140,000 - $165,000 annually. Includes competitive pay, incentive package, insurance benefits, matching 401k, PTO, parking and meals.
