Role: Director of Client Services, eCommerce

Location: San Diego, CA 92101 (Onsite at Symphony Towers)

Compensation Range: $150,000-$225,000 DOE

We're looking for a Director of Client Services, eCommerce to lead our Brand Management, Content, and Advertising departments. What You'll Be Doing

This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in Amazon services, strong people management skills, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction, including:

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in Amazon services, particularly in Brand Management, Content, and Advertising roles
• Advanced understanding of Amazon's platform, tools, and strategies
• Proven leadership experience, including managing multiple departments or large teams
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on retention and satisfaction
• Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation Transparency

We've listed a broad salary range of $150,000-$225,000 /year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role. We're committed to compensating based on value and impact, not just years on paper, and we're happy to have open conversations throughout the process.
