Tax Manager – Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry

• Location: San Diego, CA 92127 – Onsite during training, then hybrid (Could also be located in Chandler, AZ)
• Duration: Through end of 2026 with potential to extend through 2027; Depending on budget and performance.
• Pay Range: $51-69/hr, DOE

Experience Needed

• Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, finance, or other business discipline; Relevant master's degree, CPA, and/or attorney preferred
• 5+ years' experience in US corporate income tax
• Technical ability to do tax research and communicate well about important tax capabilities
• Experience in transfer pricing, wage tax, and sales/use tax is helpful but not required

Main Duties of the Job

• In cooperation with tax compliance team, ensure compliance and technically sound tax returns and reporting
• Assist tax and finance teams in gathering and analyzing required forms and disclosures
• Research and provide guidance on corporate income tax, withholding tax, and other tax types
• Assist in managing US income tax audits, tax inquiries, and tax notices
