Taylor Design provided the base pay range for this role. Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr. The position is in the SAN DIEGO office, and the role is a hybrid remote position.

Position

Senior Healthcare Project Architect is the technical quality leader within the design team, with strong expertise in architectural design, construction documents, building codes, and project coordination across diverse project types, ideally with healthcare project delivery.

Summary

The Senior Healthcare Project Architect, as a technical quality leader within a design team, should have strong technical expertise in architectural design, construction documents, construction, building codes and project coordination issues associated with diverse project types ideally with the delivery of Healthcare projects. A Senior Project Architect serves as the technical lead on multiple projects through construction.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent educational experience.
• A Registered Architect in the State of California.
• Minimum of 10-14 years' experience in a professional architectural office setting.
• Revit knowledge as well as MS Suite.
• Working knowledge of CSI Master Format specifications is a plus.
• Experience in Health Care or Science and Technology a strong plus.

Salary range is dependent on geographical location, years of experience in the industry and core markets, software skills, role responsibilities, and licensure and/or certifications.
