Location: The Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego, CA (92128)

Compensation: $150K – $190K

Eligibility: US Citizens or Green Card Holders only (No visa sponsorship available)

Overview

You will be part of a small team of hardware, software, and system test engineers focused on wireless connectivity products. This hands-on role involves LabVIEW programming, software development, and designing and assembling test interfaces to accelerate product development. You will also support the planned migration from LabVIEW to Python and must have a desire to learn or existing knowledge of Python.

Requirements

• Education: Must have a BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Experience: Must have 15–20+ years overall, with 15+ years in test

Work Experience Highlights

• Must have experience working on a final product sold to end users
• Must have hardware design/test experience; RF experience preferred but not required
• Test development experience in radiocommunications systems, cellular communications, WiFi, two-way radios, military radio communications, Bluetooth, or Zigbee is a plus
• Electronic equipment test development (wired communications such as Ethernet or USB) is also acceptable
• Must have current working skills in LabVIEW
• Must have working knowledge of Python
• Experience with regulatory certification processes such as FCC and CE is beneficial
• Experience with SOC2 is a plus
