The VDC Regional Manager is a strategic and technical leader responsible for overseeing Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) operations across a designated region. This role involves close collaboration with clients, trade partners, consultants, and internal design and construction teams to ensure consistent VDC standards, execution strategies, and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.
The VDC Regional Manager will lead regional VDC resource planning, training, and implementation, while supporting both renovation and new construction projects. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in BIM technologies, construction sequencing, and cross-discipline coordination, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in San Diego is typically $131,695 to $210,712 annually. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The selected candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and relevant experience. In addition, CRB offers a total rewards package that includes comprehensive insurance coverage as well as the opportunity to participate in one or more annual incentive programs based on company and individual performance.
