Job Summary:
The Communications Product Manager will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of Voyager's RF Communications products. This role is responsible for guiding products through their current lifecycle, managing continual market release and support services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the space industry, RF Communication systems, a clear understanding of current product management practices, and a demonstrated track record of successful product improvement and strategy implementation. The Communications PLM will report to Voyager's EVP of Products and Engineering Organization.

Required Qualifications:
Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of RF Communications, Software Defined Radio architecture, FPGA algorithms, system integration and test.
Product Roadmap Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on customer needs and market trends, driving consistent product innovation.
Customer Feedback Integration:
Actively gather customer feedback through surveys, focus groups, and support channels, incorporating critical insights into product iterations to enhance user experience and customer satisfaction.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical guidance on RF Communication Hardware design, Software defined radios, algorithm optimization.
Product Management, Market Research, Product Development, Cross-functional Collaboration, Data Analysis, RF Communications, and Project Management.
Salary Range: $175,000 to $225,000
