Chief Financial Officer Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and support our ambitious growth in the modular and prefabricated home sector. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all financial functions and play a central role in raising capital, optimizing operational efficiency, and enabling long-term financial sustainability.

CFO Responsibilities:

• Lead fundraising initiatives to support expansion, including facility buildouts, production scaling, and R&D investments.
• Serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, contributing to overall business planning and execution.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth goals, including capital structure and investment planning.
• Lead capital raising efforts, including debt, equity, and alternative financing sources; build and manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.

CFO Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing, construction, or real estate development.
• Demonstrated success in raising capital (equity, debt, or structured financing), especially for growth-stage or capital-intensive companies.

CFO Compensation:

• Base salary of $100K, along with variable income
