Position Overview and Responsibilities

Alutiiq Information Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, seeks a Mid-Level Design Engineer. The role involves developing, supporting, and maintaining maritime surveillance systems, contributing to design improvements and system integration.

• Design, improve, and implement products
• Research and evaluate products for cost efficiency and reliability
• Analyze test results and recommend design changes
• Coordinate with engineering teams on projects

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen (per government contract)
• Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering with 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Electronic Security Systems
• Experience with digital and analog systems
• Knowledge of U.S. Navy maintenance philosophy
• Ability to analyze naval system components
