Overview

Taylor | Anderson LLP is a nationally recognized litigation defense firm seeking a Litigation Associate for an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three to five years of litigation experience with complex high-exposure civil cases, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and be comfortable and competent to step into cases and prepare them for trial on tight time-frames. Willingness to travel required.

Responsibilities

The selected attorney will participate in nationwide trial and appellate matters, including case preparation from discovery through trial. Responsibilities include developing strategy, drafting pleadings and briefs, and advocating at hearings and trials as part of a team handling high-stakes civil matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of litigation experience with complex high-exposure civil cases

• Excellent writing and advocacy skills

• Ability to step into cases and prepare them for trial on tight time-frames

• Willingness to travel

Compensation

Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr
