We are looking for an exceptional Senior Scrum Master who can be a servant-leader, facilitator, and coach, driving the adoption and maturation of Agile principles and Scrum practices across our development teams. Your focus will be on establishing a strong Agile foundation, building effective collaboration between internal and external teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate release and sprint planning, conduct daily scrum meetings & other scrum ceremonies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the outsourced development team.
• Experience coaching and mentoring individuals and teams to improve their performance.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that impede team progress.
• Passion for agile methodology and a desire to help teams achieve their full potential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years leading Agile teams in an outsourced development environment.
• Experience as a Scrum Master with hands-on experience on tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure Dashboard, etc.
