Under limited supervision, the Reliability & Maintenance Planner is responsible for improving equipment performance and asset reliability through proactive maintenance planning and reliability engineering practices. This role ensures maintenance activities are well-planned, resourced, and executed while driving long-term strategies to reduce failures, minimize downtime, and optimize lifecycle costs. The Planner operates from our offices in Rancho Bernardo, CA, but will support facilities throughout the US requiring occasional travel.
