• Prepare and review applications and supporting documentation; guide clients through the process step by step.

Qualifications

• Experience as an immigration attorney or licensed practitioner (U.S. bar in good standing).
• Strong knowledge of DACA, family-based petitions, employment-based immigration, and adjustment of status.
