Description

Prevailance is seeking a highly skilled Engineer Analyst – Navy Environmental Protection (NEP) to support U.S. Navy operations. This role involves expertise in shipboard engineering systems, readiness evaluations, and associated administrative and maintenance programs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 20 years of documented hands-on Navy shipboard engineering with an emphasis on shipboard safety programs experience
• Three (3) at sea tours working in an engineering (NEP) capacity
• Experience operating and maintaining EP, OH, MD and VT related equipment and support systems

Strongly Desired Qualifications:

• Retired Senior Enlisted (E7/E8)
• Former US Navy Hospital Corpsman (HM) or engineering related rating (i.e., DC, EN or MM)
• Recent experience (within the last 5 years) operating / maintaining shipboard NEP equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience as one of the following: An Inspector for the U.S. Navy Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV); Inspector at the Afloat Training Group; or TYCOM staff focusing on Pre-INSURV preparations

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Security Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000
